The Leaders are always willing to help any/all Consultants that are looking for guidance, need help, or Mentoring. We highly encourage you to reach out to your Sponsor first for assistance. If you find you are unable to reach your Sponsor after 48 hours, we encourage you to reach out to your Director, and/or Star Director. You can find out who these Leaders are in your Workstation on the main Dashboard page. If you click on their names, you will find their contact info, in case you do not yet have it.

Below are a list of some Frequently Asked Questions that may help you.

The Facebook Group is designed for you to find help as well - be sure to check there, and utilize the Search Bar by typing in a keyword related to your question. This will highlight any posts regarding the topic(s) you are looking for.

The Training section on your Workstation is filled with training of any and all types! From videos, step-by-step tutorials, and documents to review, it is a treasure trove waiting to be used! You can access this at any time, and again, utilizing the Search Bar will help you find the topic(s) you are looking for more quickly.

How can I reach my Sponsor?

If you haven't yet connected with your Sponsor, (the person you joined under), you can find their name and contact info on the Dashboard, or first page, of your Workstation by the word Sponsor. This is also where you can find your Director, Star Director, and SuperStar Director. These are your upline Leaders, and we are dedicated to being helpful and plugging in Consultants to resources.

How do I sign up for the scent or warmer of the month?

One of the great perks of being a Scentsy Consultant is the opportunity to purchase exclusive Scent or Warmer. of the Month Kits. These Kits are designed to help you and your business. They are available starting the 15th of each month, through the 28th of each month, for the upcoming month. You earn PRV on these Kits, and they are perfect for marketing and connecting with your customers. Each month is a new Kit and it is announced on the 1st of every month for the upcoming month.

You can opt in or out at any time and are optional in your business, but most Consultants will tell you they make a positive difference in their business for marketing and building relationships with customers. To sign up or opt out, visit the Account section in your Workstation.

How do I make samples?

Making samples is something you have probably seen or heard about from Consultants. It's our way of getting our great smelling products into the hands of our customers! There are many ways to make samples, of not just wax, but also other great products like Scentsy Dish Soap, Scentsy Soak, Room Spray, and many more products.

YouTube can be a wealth of information, and some of your Leaders have YouTube channels that you can check out! Another resource is in the Facebook Group. Again, use the search bar by typing in "samples" and you will find a great number of posts with so many inspirational ways to share our products!

When do I get paid? And how?

As an Independent Scentsy Consultant you are paid out once every month for the previous month's sales. Consultants are paid on a commission-based structure, and based upon your Rank as an Independent Scentsy Consultant. New Consultants start at the Rank of Escential and paid at 20% commission. Once you promote to Certified Consultant, you receive your first pay raise to 25% commissions on your previous month's sales.

Scentsy Pay Day is the 10th of each month. Scentsy sends an email with a notification that your funds have been processed. You will receive a Prepaid Visa Card in the mail. This card will be how your pay will be loaded each month. As with most Prepaid Cards, it will not allow you to add funds, you can only transfer or withdraw funds. This card is accepted anywhere that has the STAR logo. To find out more, or to see your balance, log into the website at http://www.scentsypay.com

How do people join my team?

You can start building a Team from Day 1! People can only join your Scentsy Team by going to your PWS, (personal website) and clicking on the Join section.

When will my Starter Kit arrive?

Your Starter Kit should ship within 10 (ten) business days. You can track the status of your Kit by visiting the Order section of your Workstation. Click on History to view all orders. Expand each one and you will see the tracking number, (usually UPS, but FedEx is also used as a shipping backup).

How do I get people to buy?

While it may seem like you need to be 'good at sales' to work this business, that couldn't be farther from the truth. Instead of selling, try sharing. Share what makes you like Scentsy products. Is it the scents? The quality? The ability to get rid of a traditional candle? The many different products Scentsy offers?

Draw from your personal experience. Sharing with your friends and/or family. Social media is another great way to market your business. At the end of the day, the more conversations you have with people, you will see your customer base start to grow. Ask people if they are interested in earning free and half-priced Scentsy, (they can do that by Hosting a party with you!).

Use personal pictures. If you already use Scentsy at home, in the car, or at work, share the pictures of what you use. People can connect with you much better if they see how a product is being used - especially by someone they already know and trust.
