You started building a team - now what?!

This can be an exciting, yet intimidating time for you in your business. Good news - you have your Team right here to help you every step of the way.

First thing to remember, is you don't have to know everything to Sponsor a new team member. Utilize the same resources you used when you started your Scentsy business and then duplicate that for your team member(s). If you are live local to each other, finding a time to meet and go over things in person can be very helpful. If you are not local to each other, you can call, text, email - or chat however works best for you!

This Google Site (like this one!) is a wonderful resource to plug them into. Information is always added and updated, and will help them have access to different tools and information as they begin their journey.

This is also a good time to reach out to your Sponsor and/or upline Director or Star Director to ask for a Mentor Call. They can help you formulate an Action Plan for you and your new team. They can also help you to determine what kind of Leadership style will work best for you.
